Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic, inquiry-based science lessons across various key stages.
• Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and review of the science curriculum.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress and welfare.
• Participate fully in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for science education and its impact on young people.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Be a dedicated professional committed to continuous personal and professional development.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Welcome ECTs, MPS, and UPS level teachers with relevant experience.
