About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within a primary SEN setting.
* Provide effective SEN support, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and specific SEN provisions, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive and consistent pupil care and educational progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with relevant colleagues.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various SEN provisions and effective strategies for supporting diverse learning requirements.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness, thriving in varied classroom settings on a supply basis.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
* Be available for daily and short-term supply work, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
