Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
* Guide pupils in developing crucial emotional regulation skills.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate pupils' successful re-engagement with their education.
* Support the delivery of an adapted curriculum within a specialist provision setting.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils.

* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH challenges in a secondary setting.
