About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to significantly impact the learning journey of primary-aged pupils within a supportive school. You will contribute to a nurturing educational environment, fostering academic progress and personal development for every child. This dynamic role offers the chance to apply your skills in various settings, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils' engagement and learning across a diverse primary curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in managing classroom activities and resources effectively.
• Provide targeted one-to-one or small group support to enhance pupil understanding.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
• Contribute to the personal and social development of pupils, including those with SEN.
• Observe and report on pupil progress, feeding back to the class teacher.

About You
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Possess prior experience working effectively within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff.
• Show a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• Understand and uphold robust safeguarding practices within an educational environment.
