Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assist individual pupils or small groups with their learning across the curriculum.
* Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the classroom environment.
* Provide targeted assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs, adapting resources as required.
* Help prepare and maintain learning resources and classroom displays.
* Contribute to monitoring pupil progress and reporting observations to the teacher.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's educational development.
* You have experience working with primary-aged pupils in an educational setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
