A thriving primary school in the Northamptonshire area is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering their development within a mainstream primary setting. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even permanent arrangements, starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups with identified Special Educational Needs.
* Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans and strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other educational professionals.
* Support pupils during classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation.
* Contribute to monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and development.
About You
* Possess previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary school setting.
