Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of engaging lessons, both individually and in small groups.
* Provide targeted assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs, ensuring their access to the curriculum.
* Prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays to enhance the educational environment.
* Accurately monitor and record pupil progress, communicating observations effectively to the class teacher.
* Actively promote positive behaviour and social development among all pupils.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space for everyone.
About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess prior experience working within a primary school setting.
