Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct, individualised support to primary pupils, reinforcing learning objectives effectively.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and maintaining an organised, stimulating classroom environment.
• Facilitate positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a respectful and focused learning atmosphere for all.
• Support pupils with diverse special educational needs, adapting activities to ensure full inclusion and optimal progress.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, offering valuable observations and feedback to teachers.
• Supervise pupils during break times and school activities, diligently ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils and their holistic educational development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues with ease.
• Exhibit a proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach, responding effectively to diverse classroom needs and challenges.
• Hold relevant experience working with children in a primary school setting, understanding classroom dynamics.
