About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking their first or second year of induction.
• Possesses a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to children's holistic development.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
