About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
• Demonstrate experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or show strong potential as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Possess excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff, building positive relationships.
