• Plan and deliver creative, inspiring lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to team goals.
• Communicate professionally with parents and carers regarding pupil development and well-being.
• Actively uphold the school's values and behavioural expectations, setting a positive example.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, grow, and embrace new teaching methodologies.
• Committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and a proactive team player ready to contribute fully.
