Key Responsibilities

• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, attainment, and well-being.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to enhance the learning journey.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be in your Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction period.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, working effectively with all stakeholders.
• Be adaptable and resilient, embracing new challenges and professional development opportunities.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous learning and a desire to contribute positively to a school community.
