Opportunities are available for immediate starts, with contract options spanning daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 to £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising stimulating classroom resources and activities.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
* Support children's personal care routines and promote their independence and social skills.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment records and individual development plans.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to child development.
* Hold prior experience working with children within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* Exhibit a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
* Have a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum requirements and safeguarding practices.
