Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours constructively.
* Mentor pupils individually and in small groups, promoting positive coping mechanisms.
* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils to facilitate their personal growth.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to deliver an inclusive and supportive curriculum.
