Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with diverse and complex special educational needs.
* Assist teaching staff in delivering an engaging and adapted curriculum across various subjects.
* Champion the development of essential life skills and foster greater independence in pupils.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies effectively.
