About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a supportive school in West London, specifically within the Hounslow area. This role offers the opportunity for day-to-day and short-term engagements across various primary SEN provisions. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver stimulating and accessible lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies within a specialist environment.
* Adapt teaching materials and methodologies to support diverse learning styles.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning atmosphere for all children.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant experience in primary SEN settings.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience when working across different provisions.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting the development and progress of children with SEN.
* Be available for both daily and short-term supply assignments on an immediate basis.
