Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Provide targeted one-on-one and small group support, adapting approaches to meet individual learning needs, including those with SEN.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising stimulating resources and activities.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment of children's developmental milestones and progress.
* Uphold high standards of safeguarding and ensure a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance child welfare and learning outcomes.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience working effectively within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of EYFS curriculum principles and safeguarding practices.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children and adults.
* Capable of adapting your approach to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs, including SEN.
* Committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
