Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils on the autism spectrum.

* Deliver effective sensory strategies to support pupil regulation and engagement.
* Facilitate and enhance communication skills using various supportive methods.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and specialists to develop individualised learning plans.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* You show a genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of young learners.
* You have a strong understanding of various communication support techniques and sensory needs.
* You are patient, empathetic, and possess excellent resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a supportive school community.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support or a related field.
