This pivotal role involves providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment cover across various year groups, ensuring seamless learning experiences for all pupils. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to pupil development across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, adapting to diverse classroom settings daily. We are looking for an individual available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term and short-term assignments to daily supply, with potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that align with pre-planned schemes of work.
* Maintain a consistently positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive educational environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of a wide range of primary pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression in learning.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK primary curriculum.
* Demonstrable experience teaching across multiple primary phases, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* A genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their academic growth.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to transition smoothly between different classrooms.
