About the Role
A progressive school in Walsall is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential support within the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. You will play a crucial part in their initial educational journey, contributing to their holistic development and well-being. This immediate opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS activities.
* Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment for all pupils.
* Assist children with their educational and personal development needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interactions among pupils.
* Prepare and organise classroom resources effectively.
* Observe and report on children's progress and achievements.

About You
* Proven experience supporting children within an Early Years or Primary setting.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
* Ability to work proactively and flexibly as part of a collaborative team.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Possess a positive, patient, and adaptable approach to daily challenges.
