About the Role
A thriving school in Bedfordshire is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to provide invaluable support to secondary-aged pupils with complex needs. This specialist SEN provision offers flexible opportunities, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent contracts, with an attractive daily rate of £90 - £115, starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in empowering young people to achieve their full potential within a nurturing educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with adapted curriculum delivery, making learning accessible for all pupils.
* Promote pupil independence and develop essential life skills through practical support.
* Provide bespoke one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual complex needs.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans effectively.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, engagement, and well-being to teaching staff.

About You
* Possess experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with and advocating for young people.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Be adaptable, patient, and resilient in a dynamic educational setting.
* Show a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in SEN support.
