About the Role
A forward-thinking school is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their supportive team. This pivotal role involves delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within small group settings in a specialist secondary school environment. We are considering candidates for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available, offering a competitive daily rate of £150-£250. This is an incredible opportunity to make a profound impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement an adapted curriculum for secondary pupils with complex learning difficulties.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess, record, and report on pupil development and achievements.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's specialist provision.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with pupils with complex learning needs, ideally within a secondary SEN setting.
* Hold a deep understanding of adapted curricula and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and families.
* Show a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
