About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively across various special educational needs provisions.
* Support pupils in achieving their learning objectives and fostering their development.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues to ensure continuity.
* Adhere to all school policies and procedures, upholding high standards of conduct.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility to thrive in varied classroom settings.
* Possess strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting every child's potential.
* Available for day-to-day and short-term supply bookings, welcoming applications from ECTs to UPS.
