Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and stimulate Key Stage 1 pupils across the curriculum.
* Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to excel.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform differentiated instruction for diverse needs.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to refine teaching practices and contribute to whole-school development initiatives.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering an atmosphere of respect, responsibility, and independent learning.
* Establish strong partnerships with parents and carers to support pupil development and celebrate achievements.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
* You are a passionate educator, whether an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to embark on a fulfilling journey, or an experienced teacher at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) seeking a new challenge.
* You exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, parents, and staff.
* You are adept at creating imaginative and stimulating learning experiences that captivate young minds.
* You demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a commitment to reflective practice.
* You are resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative educational setting.
