About the Role

You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning within various primary settings, including a exceptional school, by stepping into diverse classrooms to support pupil progress. This flexible role offers the chance to engage with different school environments on a long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even permanent basis, providing invaluable cover from an ASAP start at a rate of £145 - £160 per day. You will uphold a vibrant educational atmosphere, directly contributing to the positive experiences of young learners and supporting the broader school community's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons across various primary year groups.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Adapt effectively to different school routines and pupil needs on a daily basis.
• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils in your care.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to staff regarding pupil progress and classroom events.
• Uphold the high standards and ethos of each school you work within.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
• Demonstrate recent experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
• Command strong behaviour management skills and a positive approach to pupil engagement.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability at all times.
