A well-established school is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant primary phase. Flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, are available to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons and educational activities.
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, fostering their learning and independence.
• Help create and maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
• Prepare and organise resources to support learning activities across the curriculum.
• Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches as required to meet their specific requirements.
• Promote positive behaviour and social development, encouraging pupils to interact respectfully and constructively.

About You
• Proven experience working with children in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
• Ability to be adaptable, proactive, and resilient within a dynamic school environment.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
• Possession of relevant teaching assistant qualifications or a willingness to pursue further training would be beneficial.
