Successful candidates will provide essential daily supply and short-term cover, beginning as soon as possible, ensuring continuity of learning across various specialist SEN settings. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to secondary students with diverse special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater for individual learning requirements effectively.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance student progress.
* Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils in your care.
* Provide consistent and reliable classroom coverage for absent colleagues across various subjects.
About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for the secondary phase.
* Demonstrable experience working effectively with students who have Special Educational Needs is essential.
