Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-to-one support to a secondary pupil requiring additional assistance.
* Implement specific targets outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's access to the curriculum across various subjects.
* Actively promote the development of independence in learning and daily routines.
* Support the acquisition and practice of crucial life skills within the school environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.

* You possess demonstrable experience working with young people with complex Special Educational Needs.
