Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Deliver focused 1:1 interventions for children requiring specific assistance.
* Facilitate learning within small group activities, promoting engagement.
* Adapt resources and activities to meet diverse individual learning styles.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCo to support pupil progress.
