Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver innovative and challenging Maths lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Effectively assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic growth.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love for learning mathematics.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and refinement of the departmental curriculum.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, enriching the wider school community.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues, sharing best practices and supporting whole-school initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience teaching Maths across the secondary key stages, or be an enthusiastic ECT ready to make an impact.
• Possess robust subject knowledge and a genuine passion for communicating mathematical concepts.
• Exhibit exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a diverse range of learners.
• Display strong interpersonal and communication abilities, effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
• Show a proactive commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a thriving team culture.
