Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to pupils, individually or in small groups, to help them access the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining learning resources and a stimulating classroom environment.
• Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils, encouraging positive interactions and behaviour.
• Observe and report on pupil progress and engagement, contributing to assessment and planning.
• Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and other activities, ensuring their safety and welfare.
• Facilitate engaging learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, fostering a love for learning.

• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development in a primary setting.
• Hold relevant experience working with children, ideally within an educational environment.
