Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with a variety of complex special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering an adapted and engaging curriculum.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.
* Actively promote the independence, self-esteem, and personal development of each student.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure holistic pupil progress.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and positive behaviour management strategies consistently.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* Demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex learning difficulties.
