Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects to pupils aged 11-16.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Implement school policies and procedures consistently to ensure pupil well-being and safety.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering respect and engagement amongst pupils.
* Provide constructive feedback where appropriate, contributing to pupil progress.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and departmental requirements.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a calm and focused atmosphere.

* Show a proactive approach to learning and a commitment to continuous professional development.
