About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a innovative school located in the South East, seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher. We are looking for an individual ready to deliver engaging and high-quality science education to secondary pupils from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5. This long-term, permanent position offers a September or sooner start, providing an exciting chance to contribute significantly to our vibrant learning community.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding Chemistry lessons across all secondary key stages.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work and stimulating lesson materials.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum.
* Participate in wider school life, including extra-curricular activities and form tutor responsibilities.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Chemistry.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Chemistry effectively across the secondary age range.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* Be an enthusiastic educator, passionate about igniting curiosity in science.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced educators (MPS/UPS).
