Key Responsibilities
• Actively support the daily learning and development of nursery-aged children.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental journeys.
• Support children with personal care routines, promoting independence and well-being.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork.
• A steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a readiness to contribute positively to the nursery team.
