About the Role
An exceptional school in Corby, within Northamptonshire, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish. We are looking for individuals keen to make a genuine impact on young lives, with opportunities for both immediate starts and flexible contract durations, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, offering a daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualised support to primary pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, both within the classroom and in small group settings.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adapting resources as required.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment processes.
* Encourage the development of essential social, emotional, and academic skills, promoting independence and confidence.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and supported in their learning journey.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievements and challenges, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal growth of children with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, capable of adapting your approach to meet diverse individual learning styles.
* You hold relevant experience working with children, ideally within a primary school environment or similar setting.
* You are proactive, highly organised, and committed to continuous professional development.
* You are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every child feels empowered to achieve their potential.
