About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive school in Buckinghamshire as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant. You will play a vital role in nurturing the youngest learners, supporting their development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum. We are seeking a dedicated individual available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities.
* Support children's individual learning journeys and monitor their progress.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
* Provide tailored support to children, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning space.
* Supervise children during playtime and lunchtime, ensuring their well-being.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Hold relevant experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a supportive team.
* Show a commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
* Hold appropriate qualifications for a teaching assistant role, such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
