About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a flourishing school, delivering an adapted secondary curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs. This pivotal role involves fostering a nurturing and challenging learning environment within small group settings, ensuring every pupil can access and thrive within their educational journey. Opportunities are available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a highly individualised and adapted secondary curriculum.
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for pupils with complex needs in small groups.
* Develop bespoke teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and challenges.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
* Accurately assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and reporting.
* Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong track record of teaching within the secondary phase.
* Demonstrate significant experience and expertise in working with pupils who have complex learning needs.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of differentiated instruction and adaptive teaching methodologies.
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Show resilience, patience, and a genuine commitment to overcoming educational barriers.
* Be proactive in your professional development, always seeking to enhance your practice in SEN education.
