About the Role
Join an innovative school in the Dudley area as a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher, contributing to an enriching educational experience for secondary pupils. This daily supply and short-term contract offers immediate opportunities to cover diverse classes across adapted curriculum areas within specialist SEN secondary settings. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning, providing vital support to pupils with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across various adapted curriculum areas.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Effectively manage pupil behaviour, promoting respect and engagement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach in the UK.
* Possess a proven track record of teaching within secondary SEN environments.

* Exhibit strong behaviour management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
