About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum to pupils of various age groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Seamlessly adapt to new school environments, policies, and teaching resources with professionalism.
* Provide consistent and effective cover for absent teachers, ensuring learning objectives are met.
* Collaborate constructively with support staff and colleagues to maintain a cohesive educational experience.
* Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience teaching within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied and fast-paced school environments.
* Possess strong classroom management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating young learners.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
* Be proactive, reliable, and keen to embrace diverse teaching challenges and opportunities.
