About the Role
A dedicated school in East London is seeking an exceptional SEMH Teacher to join its secondary phase specialist provision. This vital role focuses on re-engaging disaffected learners, effectively managing complex behaviour, and delivering a modified curriculum tailored to individual needs. We are looking for an inspiring educator available for long-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an engaging, differentiated curriculum specifically for SEMH secondary students.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
* Foster strong, supportive relationships with pupils to encourage their personal and academic growth.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and wider support staff to provide holistic care.
* Contribute to the development of individual education plans and review meetings.
