Key Responsibilities
* Deliver differentiated learning support to primary pupils across various SEN categories.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to implement individualised learning plans.
* Contribute to the creation and adaptation of inclusive educational resources.
* Support the development of positive social interactions and emotional regulation skills.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to staff.
* Assist with classroom management, promoting a calm and focused learning atmosphere.

About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a primary school.
* Possess an unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
* Exhibit outstanding communication abilities, adaptable to pupils, staff, and parents.
* Proactive and resourceful in adapting strategies to meet evolving pupil requirements.
* Demonstrate resilience and empathy in challenging situations.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support.
