This rewarding position involves implementing an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to facilitate curriculum access and champion the development of essential independence and life skills. We are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible, with opportunities for long-term, daily supply, or even permanent engagement, offering a competitive daily rate of £85 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a secondary pupil requiring specialised assistance.
* Diligently implement all targets outlined within the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan.
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with the curriculum across various subjects.
* Champion the development of crucial independence and self-help skills.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs.
