About the Role
This is an exceptional career opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a supportive school in Northampton, starting as soon as possible. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young pupils, fostering their development in a stimulating environment. We are open to discussions regarding various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, all paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and communicate effectively with parents.
• Implement safeguarding procedures diligently, prioritising pupil well-being and safety.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and pupil development.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Hold a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
