About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a innovative school, where nurturing academic curiosity is paramount. You will deliver high-quality Science lessons to secondary pupils, inspiring a love for discovery and critical thinking across various scientific disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive classroom.
* Contribute proactively to departmental meetings and curriculum development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching methods.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications.
* You demonstrate an exceptional grasp of the Science curriculum.
* You are adept at fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
* You show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds in scientific exploration.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* You can effectively differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
