Key Responsibilities
* Implement tailored strategies and structured routines to support pupils with ASD.
* Provide dedicated communication support to enhance understanding and expression.
* Utilise sensory strategies effectively to create a calming and focused learning environment.
* Support pupils' academic and social development within the specialist provision.
* Assist with behaviour management plans, promoting positive interactions and self-regulation.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and therapists to ensure holistic pupil progress.

* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate relevant experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
