Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in the delivery of a differentiated and adapted curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Promote pupils' independence and social development throughout the school day.
* Help manage classroom resources and prepare learning materials effectively.
* Support pupils during break times and school trips, ensuring their safety and engagement.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* Have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with complex needs.
