Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent and empathetic one-to-one support to a secondary pupil.
* Implement strategies to help the pupil meet their EHCP objectives.
* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with all aspects of the school curriculum.
* Encourage and nurture the development of the pupil's independence.
* Promote the acquisition of practical life skills and social competencies.
* Collaborate effectively with the wider school team to ensure a holistic approach.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.

* Have prior experience of working with secondary-aged pupils with complex needs.
