Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, promoting a strong school community.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Key Stage 1 phase and wider school initiatives.
* Uphold the school's commitment to high standards of teaching and learning for all.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
* Be an enthusiastic and creative educator, capable of inspiring young learners.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive working relationships.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Have experience teaching Key Stage 1, welcoming applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced professionals.
