We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to contribute to the foundational learning experiences of young children. This vital role offers a daily rate between £95 and £110, with immediate starts available for professionals looking for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement. You will play a crucial part in nurturing the development of pupils within a dynamic primary setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective EYFS learning activities.
* Support individual pupils and small groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and safe classroom atmosphere where children can thrive.
* Provide targeted support to children with special educational needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Help prepare and organise learning resources, ensuring they are accessible and appropriate.
* Observe and report on pupil progress and development, sharing insights with the teaching team.

About You
* You possess relevant experience supporting children in an Early Years Foundation Stage or primary setting.
* You are deeply passionate about early childhood development and fostering a love for learning.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* You hold a genuine understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to pupil welfare.
